At JDE Peet’s, we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity across the entirety of our operations, from bean to cup. We strive to ensure our operating standards always align with our guiding purpose: to unleash the possibilities of coffee and tea to create a better future.

As part of this commitment, it is important to have grievance mechanisms for people to raise any potential human rights or compliance concerns they may have. Our Speak Up line is easily accessible and is designed to empower anyone to report any suspected breaches of our Human Rights policy or any other policy or code of JDE Peet’s.  

If you believe that any of our codes or policies are being violated, we encourage you to bring this to our attention using our Speak Up line below. This line can be used anonymously if that is your preference. We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against those who voice their concerns truthfully and accurately. All reports, including the identity of the person who makes the report, will be kept confidential and may only be shared on a strict “need to know” basis.

If you Speak Up and report suspected wrongdoing in good faith, your report will be taken seriously.  A thorough, impartial and timely investigation will be conducted in relation to the reported violation.
